SmartVoice Calling Card

Don't have access to a Broadband Connection? or access to a Computer and Internet Access? But still want to take advantage of SmartVoice's low Call Rates? You can now access your SmartVoice account by dialing a Local Access Number in your area and using our Calling Card Service.

How does it Work?

Dial one of our local access numbers listed below, enter your Account Number and Password when prompted. You will then be read out your current available balance and prompted to make calls. All Calls should include the full number including STD Code for National Calls and 0011 along with the country code and number for International Calls. You can call all PSTN numbers and even other SmartVoice Users. You can even make follow-on calls by pressing ** once you have finished your current call to make further calls.

How do I signup and top up my Account?

Register for a SmartVoice service and select the prepaid expiry period you require which will give you the associated credit to use for the calling card service. For future prepaid top ups can be made through My Account.

Access Numbers

Currently Access Numbers are available only in Melbourne and Sydney. Other Areas, International and SMS Callback will be available shortly.

Please Note: Calls to 1800, Directory and Emergency Services can not be dialled from the Calling Card service. 15 Cent Connection Fee (Inc. GST) applies for calls made to Capital City/National Landlines within Australia and to other SmartVoice users over the Calling Card Service.
